Worst customer service ever waited 2 hours for an oil change that they advertise for 19.95 for 5 quarts or less, my car only takes four and after the change they charged me 24.00. Then they said my air filter was bad and the wanted to charge me 28.00 for a replacement. I of course said no and went to fleet farm and paid 7.00. unless you are there to buy a over priced vehicle they treat you like garbage.
Apparently their oil changes include cracking your windshield. When I drove the truck in there was no crack in the windshield. I get my truck back after 1 hour and 45 minutes and it has a crack half way up the drivers side viewing area. Any type of crack in my windshield when I drove it in I would have known about.
Went to complain and they said they marked a cracked windshield on the paperwork. There is absolutely no reference of any crack on the 6 pages that I got back. All I got was a "sorry for the inconvienence".
Worst service center ever. Went to the quick lane once and when I got home I found the skid plate on my truck hanging by only a couple of screws. Glad it didn't fly off on the highway. Emailed them to tell them the issue... no response or follow-up of any sort. I thought we'd give it another try, called for an oil appointment, they said their Quick Lane is open and they don't take appointments... it's first come first serve and they are open until 6. Had to take off work early to get there, drove 1/2 hour and arrived at 5:00. There was only one other car in the quick lane next to me, as I got out of my truck the Service person ran over and said they took in the last car and don't take anybody after 5.00. It was 5:02 when I got back in my truck to drive away in disgust. That's their concept of customer service???? I couldn't believe they would tell a customer that and not tell you when you call on the phone they don't take customers after 5:00. I for certain will tell 10 people about this horrible service and would never think about purchasing anything from this dealership... especially if you would have to have service done there.
My favorite place to get an oil change done on my car. They offer full service for a reasonable price and also include a free car wash each time.
My Dad has also bought a couple of his company's trucks here and thinks that they're the best!
I bought 2 new vehicles from them 14 months ago, and I will never step foot in another Witt establishment again.
