I found a certified used car I thought would have been out of my budget online. I emailed the dealership and JT responded quickly. The vehicle I was interested in was in immaculate condition and the test drive helped reinforce the quality of the vehicle. I was able to trade in my car with over 300,000 miles, secure the car we wanted, and set up financing quickly. I came in with a pre-approved auto loan and Don found me a better deal on financing and helped me set up a bumper to bumper warranty. I am now at lower monthly payments than I anticipated, the car has a warranty I didn't believe that I would obtain, and I'm driving a vehicle that I don't have to cross my fingers every time I hit the on ramp. This was done much quicker than I imagined as well. I'm happy with how smooth the transaction went and I feel comfortable with the deal that I agreed to. I recommend S&L Motors to other car buyers.
Found what we wanted online, contacted them and pre qualified (Frank, you are the numbers man!), drove the 2 1/2 hours to the lot and ABSOLUTELY the BEST dealership interaction and purchase we've ever experienced. My husband pre-warned them how much I despised the whole car shopping experience and from the moment we walked on the lot they were nothing but awesome and laid back. Chad and Frank had us in our new car in less than 3 hours! Not one time were they "car salesmen" they let us lead the whole experience. I wish there were negative stars to give. I've purchased two pickups that we're both two years old from s&l this year. The first on had to go back the next day because it needed a radiator. Then the engine developed a knock. They bought that back from me and I found a 2015 Laramie 2500 for a couple thousand more. I've put ten thousand miles on this truck only to have the transmission replaced after putting 7,000 miles on it. Now I can't keep coolant in it. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me to what their solution is. This is three getaways that have been inconvenienced by the garbage they've sold me.
